Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. The item must be in its original condition/packaging. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer refunds in the form of credit vouchers.

This means if you place an order and you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it, however the customer is liable for the return shipping charges. Layal Art Gallery will then issue you a credit voucher for the value of the item/s you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose a different format, size or product of your choice.

Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if there are faults in production and manufacturing and not for a change of mind.

SHIPPING

Customers purchasing any items are requested to allow between 5-7 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery. For shipments outside UAE additional 3-5 working days are required for standard international courier delivery. If more than one item is purchased within the same order all items will be shipped combined as one order, if multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately. Note: We don’t ship to Iran.
